“What Do You See” thematizes the communication between the viewer and works of art, and how people use their senses to perceive art. The woven piece is designed specifically to be experienced by deafblind people. They can touch it. The headphones have little use for people with hearing loss. Here, however, they become mediators and take on a specific role, allowing visually impaired people to feel what is written on the object. “Now I see” is written using Braille.
